A springtime superstar, asparagus will begin producing shoots from late April to early June in Alberta making it one of the first fresh items we can add to our plates after a long dark winter! Here at Wild Things Farm we are proud to be home to nearly an acre of this incredible vegetable that is jam packed with vitamin A, C and K and a fabulous source of folate to boot!
Our asparagus is grown in rich fertile soil untouched by herbicides and pesticides. Sold in 1 pound bundles, farm cut (untrimmed). Available for local pickup in Leduc, Edmonton, or Drayton Valley.
